Breakfast is on us! For over 30 years, we have continued to offer breakfasts true to the original Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast. We serve a fresh country style breakfast to our weekday and weekend guests. Breakfast is Chef's choice and some of the choices may include biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, bacon, fruit, buttermilk pancakes and more.

Inclement Weather - With our mountainous location, Winter Weather can be beautiful, but also can cause hazardous driving conditions for our guests. Our first concern is for the safety of our guests.  If the National Weather Service issues a Winter Storm Warning for Hardy County, WV within 24 hours of your scheduled stay, we will reschedule your stay for a later date within 3 months of your original stay, subject to availability. Other winter weather travel conditions are subject to review and follow our standard booking policies. 

Children Policy - At this time we do not accept children under the age of 18 years old. The Guesthouse has a large unsecured pool/hot tub outdoors and it is a liability for us. We greatly appreciate your understanding! \Note: For private event weekends, we do not have any restrictions on the age of our guests.

Pet Policy - The Guesthouse has two pet friendly rooms available, Redbud Cottage Garden Level and the Tower Room. Maximum of two small pets per room with an applicable fee.
